Error's installing SCOM 2007 Agent on remote DC. The installation is returning the following errors:

Errors occur for services "MOMConnector (MOMConnector)", "HealthService (HealthService)", and "WmiApRpl (WmiApRpl)" multiple times.

process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

Resolution:
CSMon.exe service had a lock on the perfh009.dat file during
the SCOM2007 installation process.
Disable the CiscoSecure service (CSMon.exe) - installation completed

Ok. So is it safe to restart the CSMon.exe after successful installation?Anonymous

Excellent info thanks! Worked on a majority of my machines. Got a couple of old HP machines, also giving this error without the CSMon service. Stopped all the hp utility services(approx 8) and still no luck. Any advice?Anonymous

I had the same problem with CSMon.exe and this fixed it, thanks for your help!
