    The Expression Blend page says only that it is an upgrade for a previous version of Expression Blend.

    I I was thinking to buy blend for some time now but always stayed back due to price. Then i saw this offer and I was excited for a minute. But then to my dismay this was only available in US not in Canada. Hmmm! Unfair ... Microsoft played the role of Grinch at Christmas time.

    Man, upgrade was out of stock and now it is over and they won't sell it to me for this price.  Please bring it back!!  I won't be buying it at the regular price.
