Thank you all for the tremendous response and support. I've gotten so many of your messages that I've not been able to respond to them all individually.   What are the logistical issues -- pushback because of mass perception issues with the term "hacker"? I am sure Microsoft has a lot of security geeks, and I KNOW that several of them identify with the hacker community. I think this is just precisely the reason why this blog needs to continue.
