Verifica se il tipo ha una funzione virtuale.

Ty
Tipo su cui eseguire una query.

Osservazioni:

Un'istanza del predicato di tipo contiene true se il tipo Ty è una classe che dichiara o eredita una funzione virtuale, altrimenti contiene false.
