Metodo factory per produrre un GKGoal comportamento appropriato per il comportamento di flocking, rimanendo vicino ad altri agenti (vedere anche GetGoalToSeparate(GKAgent[], Single, Single) e GetGoalToAlign(GKAgent[], Single, Single)).
