hf: IntPtr

[in] Handle to the font. If null, uses the default system font.

perr: VSIME_ERR[]

[out] Error return value. Set to zero if there is an error. Nonzero otherwise.

Returns

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
