Il valore restituito da questa proprietà rappresenta la dimensione aggiornata più recente della memoria utilizzata dal processo, in byte, che non può essere condivisa con altri processi. Per ottenere la dimensione più aggiornata, è prima necessario chiamare Refresh() il metodo.

Questa proprietà può essere usata per monitorare l'utilizzo della memoria nei computer con processori a 32 bit o processori a 64 bit. Il valore della proprietà equivale al contatore delle prestazioni Byte privati per il processo.
