The Customer self-service configuration key controls access to some elements of the Customer Self-Service (CSS) Web application in Enterprise Portal for Microsoft Dynamics AX. To access the full CSS functionality, you must also enable the Enterprise Portal configuration key. When both the Customer self-service configuration key and the Enterprise Portal configuration key are enabled, all elements of the CSS are available in the system, including setting up Customer Self-Service parameters, creating new customers, and updating the sales baskets.
You cannot enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
