The Record level security configuration key controls access to record-level security functionality.
Record-level security builds on the restrictions enforced by role-based security. If this configuration key is enabled, you can limit the information that is shown on reports and in forms by applying restrictions to specific records or tables in the database.
You cannot enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
