SPUsageDatabase constructor (String, SPDatabaseServiceInstance, String, String)

Initializes a new instance of the [Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPUsageDatabase] class based on values of the given name, serviceInstance, username, and password parameters. This constructor is for a usage database.
