ExcludedUserAccount.PublicKey property
The PublicKey property specifies or retrieves the public key of the user to be excluded.

ExcludedUserAccount.PublicKey
Property value
This property specifies or returns a string value.
Remarks
You can exclude a user by public key or by user ID but not both. To exclude a user by ID, call the UserId property. The user ID is an email address.
