È possibile documentare le impostazioni di configurazione della farm in SharePoint Server utilizzando PowerShell.

La documentazione delle impostazioni di configurazione è importante sia per creare distribuzioni dell'ambiente tramite script che per ricreare rapidamente un set di configurazioni in caso di errore.

Utilizzo di PowerShell per documentare le impostazioni di configurazione della farm in SharePoint Server

Nella procedura seguente viene descritto come creare ed eseguire uno script di PowerShell per SharePoint Server. Questo script può quindi essere utilizzato per ripristinare le impostazioni di configurazione della farm in caso di errore.

Per documentare le impostazioni di configurazione di SharePoint Server tramite PowerShell

  1. Verificare di essere membri dei ruoli e dei gruppi seguenti:
  • Ruolo predefinito del server securityadmin nell'istanza di SQL Server.

  • Ruolo predefinito del database db_owner in tutti i database da aggiornare.

  • Gruppo Administrators sul server sul quale si eseguono i cmdlet di PowerShell.

  • È necessario leggere about_Execution_Policies (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=193050).

    Un amministratore può utilizzare il cmdlet Add-SPShellAdmin per concedere le autorizzazioni per l'utilizzo dei cmdlet di SharePoint Server.

  1. Utilizzare un editor di testo, ad esempio il Blocco note, per creare un file di testo in cui incollare il seguente codice. I comandi nell'esempio creano file XML che documentano le configurazioni delle applicazioni Web e delle applicazioni di servizio nella farm corrente.   1. Salvare il file aggiungendo l'estensione .ps1, ad esempio SuggestedNameOfFile.ps1.

    Nota

    È possibile usare un nome file diverso, ma in tal caso dovrà essere salvato come file di testo con codifica ANSI, la cui estensione è ps1.

  2. Avviare Management Shell di SharePoint.

  3. Passare alla directory in cui è stato salvato il file.

  4. Al prompt dei comandi di PowerShell digitare il comando seguente:

./SuggestedFileName.ps1

[!NOTA] Per l'esecuzione di attività amministrative dalla riga di comando è consigliabile utilizzare Windows PowerShell. Lo strumento da riga di comando Stsadm è deprecato, ma è stato incluso per garantire la compatibilità con le versioni precedenti del prodotto.

Esempio di utilizzo di un cmdlet in SharePoint Server

In questa sezione viene fornito un esempio delle modalità in cui è possibile uno dei cmdlet consigliati.

Il Get-SPAlternateURL cmdlet fornisce informazioni sul mapping di accesso alternativo. L'invio tramite pipe del cmdlet al Export-Clixml cmdlet scrive le informazioni in un file XML.
