Updated tutorials about installing Active Directory domain controllers on an Azure virtual network

I recently updated a couple tutorials about installing domain controllers on Azure. The steps are simpler, and the topics are much shorter. I also removed a script that provisioned domain-joined member servers because it was no longer working. When I have that working again I will add it back. Or if any of you want to contribute to these topics, that is very appreciated. They are stored in github and anyone with an account there can contribute to them. There are two topics:
