An administrator is trying to add an Organizational unit (OU) which contains Exchange mailbox enabled users under "Export Containers" tab on Connector for Lotus Notes, but he is getting the following error " Insufficient rights permissions on the selected export container. At a minimum, you must be a Domain Administrator for the domain where the container is located ". He is logged on to the Exchange Connector server with Local Administrator rights and Exchange Full administrator at the ORG level and has full control on the Organizational unit(OU) which contains Exchange mailbox enabled users. The Exchange computer account has read access on that OU. Why can’t he add the OU to the Export Containers tab?

Right click the Organizational unit(OU) which contains exchange mailbox enabled users and choose "Delegation Control". In the wizard, type in the exchange user's name account(User account which contains only local Administrator rights, Exchange Full administrator at the ORG level. Full control on that Organizational unit) hit next, then choose the task "Create, delete, and manage user accounts" and then add the Organizational unit(OU) under "Export Container" tab on Connector for Lotus notes.

By delegating "Create, delete and manage user accounts ,"Create User objects and Delete User objects" rights have been successfully assigned for that USER account.
