What are the minimum permissions I must grant to the windows account used for running the latest “Notes Migration Wizard”?

Using the UI you need admin rights to navigate to destination container.

It has been reported that using the command line, they were able to successfully perform migrations with Create/Delete User object permissions (in addition to Full Exchange Admin) on the destination container.

What is the Template Percent Match value in the Application Analyzer’s AARules.xml file, and how do we use it?

The Template Percent Match is used to group applications based upon Form Name matching.

The Application Analyzer scans each Notes application, and compares the results against an application profile in AARules.xml, which contains template names, the number of fields, number and names of forms and a quadrant classification.

If a match is found, then the Notes application will be classified in the associated quadrant. Template Percentage Match (ranging from 100 to 0, default 100) sets the tolerance for matching.

For example, if the Template Percentage Match is set to 100% and a Notes application is profiled with 50 Forms in AARules.xml, then a Notes application that contains the same 50 forms will be matched to the profile, and reported in the associated Quadrant classification.

If the Template Percentage Match is set to 80%, then the Notes application must have at least 40 of the same forms in order to be considered a match.

By modifying the Template Percentage Match value, you can identify applications that share a subset of common forms, then group them together.
