Silverlight SDK Samples won't open

So you want to check out the SilverLight samples in the CRM 2011 SDK but you get an error when you open the solution like "Microsoft.Silverlight.CSharp.targets was not found".

This is likely because you don't have the Silverlight 4 Tools for Visual Studio 2010.
