"Sideloading of apps is not enabled on this site"
In order to publish a SharePoint hosted app to a site collection the site must be based on the developer site template or have the “Developer” Feature enabled on it. The “Developer” Feature is marked as hidden in its definition so you must use PowerShell to enable the Feature.

Hello! We have created an app for Office 365 academy and we like now to test the app on the other academy accounts. But when we try to install the app, we get up "sideloading of apps is not enabled on this site" What is required to make it work? Our ambition and goal is to upload the app on the SharePoint Store for Academy so that the customer will be able to upload it to their existing SharePoint and install it. R/ Lèv GAnonymous

But I'm getting this on the app catalog site collection of my customer's O365 multi-tenant site. I don't control that setting. Other reasons for this error?Anonymous
