SharePoint guidance

I just had a recent discovery for a great SP content source! I think from now on before I leave a SharePoint engagement, I'm going to recommend indexing the CodePlex SharePoint governance page (https://www.codeplex.com/governance). The governance codeplex site references everything from Joel Oleson's blog and all the content you really need to get SP planned properly. Now, it should be excluded from the All Sites search, but should certainly be included as part of a new SharePoint Administration scope.

    Thank you. Interesting link. Governance plays a key role as SharePoint implementations become larger.

    If you are looking for a reporting or document generation add-on to SharePoint, take a look at this www.sharepointreports.info site. It has basic info on all the vendors. It makes for a great starting point.
