The common welcome post
Hi - welcome to my blog!
Let me begin my first post by introducing myself. I am a Program Manager on the Expression Interactive Designer team. Though my background is majorly in software development and research (Information Retrieval, Visualization, etc.), my interests currently focus on user interfaces and superior user experience while using software. Looking at all the cool stuff out there on the web and its various clients, I have a long ways to go and lots of things to comprehend but it sure is a so much fun.
I have been working on the Expression Interactive Designer tool for more than two years now since starting as an Intern back in the summer of 2003. I have had a lot of opportunities to learn and contribute since then, and the sheer amount of talent we have on this team is unbelievable.
Most of my postings will be random - cool things that I see around me, some of my design inspirations (software and otherwise), etc. However, I will also focus on Interactive Designer a lot - designing from simple to more complicated user interfaces, leveraging the power of the tool to increase collaboration between the designer and the developer, some random tips-n-tricks, pointers to other cool WPF applications out there, etc.
During the last week or so, I have been having fun creating some cool controls that I think a designer out there could use in his/her application as is. I will make up a couple of follow-up posts in the next few days, so feel free to check them out / use them.
Thanks!

Bit disappointed with your introduction - it is surprising to not to see your full name in the introduction.
What makes you to assume that reader of your blog knows your name? Other than mentioning your job title as a program manager - your name (full name) would more than a mere formality.
good pictures on your blog - I would keep visiting your blog..
