OSImageNotificationProfile の新しいインスタンスを初期化します。

Enable	OS Image Scheduled イベントを有効にするか無効にするかを指定します。
NotBeforeTimeout	仮想マシンを再イメージ化するか、OS をアップグレードする時間の長さは、イベントが自動承認 (タイムアウト) する前に、OS Image Scheduled イベントを承認する必要があります。構成は ISO 8601 形式で指定され、値は 15 分 (PT15M) である必要があります。
