Skip the specified number of scanlines.
public bool SkipScanlines (int countLines);Parameters

The number of scanlines to skip.
Returns
Returns true if the scanlines were successfully skipped, otherwise false on failure (incomplete input, the number of lines is less than zero, read all the lines).
