Typically, you should use the CheckBoxList.HasHeader property to determine a CheckBoxList object contains a heading section.
The CheckBoxList.IRepeatInfoUser.HasHeader member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the CheckBoxList instance is cast to an IRepeatInfoUser interface.
Notes to Inheritors
To define a custom implementation for the IRepeatInfoUser.HasHeader member in a CheckBoxList object, override the HasHeader member. The explicit interface implementation uses the HasHeader property.
