Removes the specified TextEffect object from the collection.

The objects that follow the removed object are shifted to occupy the vacated position, and their index values are updated. If value
is a null
reference (Nothing
in Visual Basic), the first null reference (Nothing
in Visual Basic) entry is removed. Note that removing a null reference (Nothing
in Visual Basic) entry is linear in the size of the collection.
