Customize German audit file configuration
This procedure shows how to customize the German audit file configuration by adding a new table group and selecting a table with fields for data export definition.
This procedure was created using the demo data company DEMF with Germany as the country/region of legal entity primary address.
- Go to Organization administration > Workspaces > Electronic reporting.
- Click Configurations.
- Click Show filters.
- Add filter
- Click Apply.
- Click Model designer.
- In the tree, select 'enumTableGroup'.
- Click New.
- In the Name field, type a value.
- In the Description field, type a value.
- Click Map model to datasource.
- Click Designer.
- In the tree, select 'Dynamics Ax\Table records'.
- Click Add root.
- In the Name field, type a value.
- In the Table field, enter or select a value.
- Click OK.
- In the tree, select 'Functions\Table metadata'.
- Click Add root.
- In the Name field, type a value.
- In the Label field, type a value.
- Click Editor.
- In the tree, select 'AssetTable'.
- Click Add.
- In the Name field, type a value.
- In the tree, expand 'AssetTable'.
- In the tree, select 'AssetTable\Fixed asset number(AssetId)'.
- Click Add.
- In the list, mark the selected row.
- In the Name field, type a value.
- Close the page.
- Click Yes.
- Click OK.
- In the tree, select 'TblGroup'.
- Click Edit.
- Click Edit formula.
- In the expressionAsStringText field, type a value.
- In the tree, expand 'enumTableGroup'.
- In the tree, select 'enumTableGroup\Anlagen'.
- Click Add data source.
- In the expressionAsStringText field, type a value.
- In the tree, select '_05Anlagen(TblGroup5)'.
- Click Add data source.
- In the expressionAsStringText field, type a value.
- Click Save.
- Close the page.
- Click OK.
- Close the page.
- Click Yes.
- Close the page.
- Close the page.
- Click Change status.
- Click Complete.
- In the Description field, type a value.
- Click OK.
