How to Remove an E-mail Address from Notifications in a Staging Project

This topic provides steps for removing an e-mail address from notifications in Commerce Server staging. You remove an e-mail address if you no longer want deployment status sent to the address.

To remove an e-mail address from notifications in a staging project

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Commerce Server 2009 , and the click Commerce Server Staging.

  2. In Microsoft Management Console (MMC), in the left pane, expand Commerce Server Staging, expand <server name>, and then click Projects.

  3. In the right pane, right-click the project that you want to change, and then click Properties.

  4. In the Project Properties dialog box, on the E-Mail tab, do the following:

    If deployment fails

    Remove this e-mail address if you do not want to send notifications when a staging project fails.

    After deployment succeeds

    Remove this e-mail address if you do not want to send notifications when a staging project succeeds.

    Always

    Remove this e-mail address if you do not want to send notifications when a staging project succeeds or fails.

  5. Click OK.
