スレッドセーフ
この型の public static (Visual Basicでは Shared) のすべてのメンバは、マルチスレッド操作で安全に使用できます。インスタンスのメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
解説
HelpProvider の各インスタンスは、関連付けられているコントロールへの参照のコレクションを維持します。 HelpProvider オブジェクトにヘルプ ファイルを関連付けるには、 HelpNamespace プロパティを設定します。 SetHelpNavigator を呼び出し、特定のコントロールの HelpNavigator 値を指定することによって、提供されるヘルプの種類を指定します。 SetHelpKeyword を呼び出して、ヘルプのキーワードまたはトピックを指定します。
特定のヘルプ文字列をコントロールに関連付けるには、 SetHelpString メソッドを使用します。このメソッドを使用してコントロールに関連付けた文字列は、コントロールにフォーカスがあるときにユーザーが F1 キーを押すと、ポップアップ ウィンドウに表示されます。
HelpNamespace が設定されていない場合は、 SetHelpString を使用してヘルプ テキストを提供する必要があります。 HelpNamespace とヘルプ文字列の両方を設定した場合は、 HelpNamespace に基づいたヘルプの方が優先されます。
