Parameters
- message
A System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapClientMessage that provides the System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapMessage.Stream to initialize the System.Xml.XmlReader.
- bufferSize
The initial buffer size of the System.IO.StreamReader that is used by the System.Xml.XmlReader.
Return Value
An System.Xml.XmlReader that is initialized with the Stream property of the message parameter.
Remarks
When the RequireMtom property is set to true, the XmlReader object expects the SOAP message to be MTOM-encoded.
