Loads the contents of the specified XML element into properties of the Entropy.

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	element is null.
ArgumentException	element is not the <Entropy> XML element in the XML namespace specified in the WSTrust.NamespaceURI field.

If the element parameter contains an <EncryptedKey> element, the entropy value is decrypted and set to the KeyBytes property.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
