Gets a Security object with a specific SOAP actor from the current SecurityCollection.

In JScript, you can use Indexed Properties defined by a class, but you cannot define your own.

actor
A string containing the specific receiver that the SOAP message is targeting.

A Security object corresponding to actor.

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	actor is null.
