Parameters
- disposing
true to release both managed and unmanaged resources; false to release only unmanaged resources.
Remarks
Dispose executes in two distinct scenarios:
If disposing is true, then the method is called directly or indirectly by a user's code. Managed and unmanaged resources can be disposed.
If disposing is false, the method is called at runtime and you should not reference other objects. Only unmanaged resources can be disposed.
Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
