How to: Remove Attendees from a Meeting

You can remove attendees from a meeting to-do.

You can only remove attendees from the organizer's to-do.

To remove an attendee from a meeting

  1. In the Search box, enter Salespeople, and then choose the related link.

  2. Select the salesperson who organized the to-do that you want to remove the attendee from.

  3. On the Salesperson/Purchaser card, on the Navigate tab, in the Salesperson group, choose To-dos.

  4. In the To-do List window, select the to-do that you want to remove the attendee from.

  5. On the Navigate tab, in the To-do group, choose Attendee Scheduling.

  6. Select the attendee that you want to remove, open the shortcut menu, and choose Delete Line.

Note

You cannot delete a to-do organizer.
