Grounds for Term. Code Field, Employee Table
Specifies a termination code for the employee who has been terminated. To see the grounds for termination codes in the Grounds for Termination table, click the field.
This field, along with the Status and Termination Date fields, provides supplemental information for employees defined as terminated.
