VAT Base Discount % Field, Gen. Journal Line Table
Indicates the percentage used for discounting the VAT element if a payment discount is to be posted. The value is validated against the maximum possible VAT Tolerance % field value in the General Ledger Setup. The maximum value cannot be overridden with the exception of a credit note where you can manually enter the value used for the payment discount.
