Tax Liable Field, Service Shipment Line Table

Specifies that items, resources, G/L accounts or costs on the current service shipment line were liable to sales tax.

The program copies the value in the filed from the Tax Liable field in the Service Line table when the order is posted.

You cannot clear the check box in the posted shipment.
