Code Field, IRS 1099 Form-Box Table
Enter a code that indicates the 1099 form and box. It is a good idea to use the code that reflects the form name and box number. Here are some examples:

MISC-07 Box 7, Nonemployee compensation 1099-MISC
INT-05 Box 5, Foreign tax paid 1099-INT
You can enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters.
