Create XML-File VAT Adv.Notif. Batch Job
Calculates the tax and base amounts and creates the sales VAT advance notification XML document that will be sent to the tax authority.
You can run this batch job from the Sales VAT Adv. Notification List window or the Sales VAT Adv. Notif. Card window. For more information, see How to: Create and Submit Sales VAT Advance Notifications.

Additional Information
Before you run the batch job, you must have set up your company information and sales VAT advance notification correctly. For more information, see How to: Set Up Sales VAT Advance Notifications for ELSTER.
The Create XML-File VAT Adv.Notif. batch job generates XML data that is stored as a BLOB in the XML Submission Document field.
If you choose to show the sales VAT advance notification, a temporary file is generated and opens in your Internet browser. The temporary file is stored in the folder that you have specified as the temporary folder in the Database Options window.
If you choose to transmit the sales VAT advance notification, Microsoft Dynamics NAV submits the created XML data from the XML Submission Document field. The data is protected by the certificates that you have specified. The transmissions are listed in the Transmission Log Entries window. If you choose to show a notification that has been transmitted, the header section of the temporary file shows the transfer ticket number from the transmission process.
