Comment Field, Phys. Inventory Order Header Table

This field indicates whether or not a comment has been entered for this physical inventory order header.

You can use the field for instance to describe rules to do the physical inventory or to describe the selection of the items in the inventory order lines.

The field is a button. If the picture on the button is a pencil point lying horizontally, no comment has been created for the physical inventory order header. If the button shows a vertical pencil with four horizontal lines, there is a comment for the header.

To see a comment, or to create a new one, click the Comment button. The Phys. Inventory Comment Line window will appear. You can see the existing comments and create new ones.

You can also create a comment by clicking the Order button and choosing Comments.
