Category Code Table

The purpose of sorting documents is to rationalize the number of documents you handle and to facilitate processing. This function is particularly useful when there is a very large number of documents available in the program.

If you enter a code in this field for one or more documents and you enter this same code in the sort Filter field, the value shown in the Pending Amount field (LCY) at the end of the Documents for collection/ for payment window (after you press Enter to update the data), will refer only to the document(s) you specified with this sort code.
