Shows the presentation labels for the Intracomunitary Operations Summary Declaration diskettes (Model Layout 349).

Options

Field	Description
A) AEAT Delegation	Enter the AEAT (Spanish tax) delegation code.
Fiscal Year	Specify the fiscal year for the declaration.
Period	Specify the period for the declaration.
C) Model Layout	Specify 349 as the model layout.
D) No. of Just. 1st Page	Specify the control number for the first summary page of the declaration.
E) VAT Registration No.	Specify the VAT registration number that is associated with the declaration.
F) Company Name	Specify the name of the company that is making the declaration.
Address	Specify the address of the company that is making the declaration.
Post Code/City	Specify the company postal code that is associated with the declaration.
City	Specify the city of the company that is making the declaration.
H) Contact	Specify the contact that is making the declaration.
I) Phone No.	Specify the company telephone number that is making the declaration.
J) Total No. of Records	Specify the total number of records included in the media.
K) Media Density	Specify the density of the magnetic media.
L) Total No of passive subjects declared	Specify the total number of passive subjects declared.
M) Total No of related personas and entities entries	Specify the total number of related personas and entities that are associated with the declaration.
No. of Labels	Specify the number of declaration labels that you want to be printed.
