Applies-to Bill No. Field, Cust. Ledger Entry Table

This field shows the number of the bill that has been settled in this customer ledger entry.

This field is filled in based on the following:

If the entry has been posted from a journal line, the number is copied from the Applies-to Bill No. field in the journal line, to the Cust. Ledger Entry table.

In the journal line, when the fields Applies-to Doc. Type and Applies-to Doc. No. are filled in, the Settle by Bill No. field is completed automatically.

If the entry has been posted from a credit memo entry, the number is copied from the Applies-to Bill No. field to the Cust. Ledger Entry table.
