true if Project Server moves the start date of the remaining parts back to the status date.
Remarks
True if Project Server moves the start date of the remaining parts back to the status date; otherwise, false. PROJ_OPT_MOVE_REMAINING_TO_STATUS maps to the And move start of remaining parts back to status date option on the Calculation tab of the Options dialog box in Project Professional.
The default value for new projects is determined by the enterprise global template. If there is no enterprise global template value, the default value is false.
