プロパティ値

現在の時差を (分単位で) 表す integer です。

解説

時差とは、UTC とローカル時間との間の、分単位で表される差です。UTC とローカル時間との間の変換は、すべて次の式に基づいて行われます。

UTC = local time + bias

スレッド セーフ

この型の public static (Microsoft Visual Basic では共有 ) メンバは、スレッド セーフです。インスタンス メンバの場合は、スレッド セーフであるとは限りません。
