PipelineBuffer 内の行数です。

RowCount プロパティには、PipelineBuffer オブジェクトの行数が含まれます。

OutputPipelineBuffer オブジェクトの場合、RowCount は常に 0 です。

この型の public static (Microsoft Visual Basic では共有 ) メンバは、スレッドセーフです。インスタンスメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
