Notification Services のインスタンスで使用するイベントクラスを表す EventClass オブジェクトです。

この型の public static (Microsoft Visual Basic では共有 ) メンバは、スレッドセーフです。インスタンスメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
