Cut, copy, and paste images and hotspots

To remove images and hotspots from your composition

  1. In the Compose workspace, select the images and hotspots that you want to remove.

  2. On the Edit menu, click Cut, or press CTRL+X. Alternatively, you can right-click an individual image or hotspot, or you can click inside the bounding box (for multiple images and hotspots), and then click Remove from Composition.

To copy images and hotspots in your composition

  1. In the Compose workspace, select the images and hotspots that you want to copy.

  2. On the Edit menu, click Copy, or press CTRL+C.

To paste images and hotspots in your composition

  1. In the Compose workspace, cut or copy the images and hotspots that you want to paste.

  2. On the Edit menu, click Paste, or press CTRL+V. A copy of the images and hotspots will appear in the center of the artboard.

    Tip

    If you want to paste the images and hotspots in a specific location on the artboard, right-click that location, and then click Paste.
