IGeneratedTestClass.CleanupTestManager Method
Performs test case cleanup. The test harness calls this method after running a test case. This method supports the generated test cases and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Remarks
The value of the TestCleanupAttribute Cord switch determines which attribute is applied to this method in the generated test class.
This method sets the Manager property of the generated test class to null.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
