This setting specifies the name of the domain in which the user account that will be used to log on to the remote computer by using Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) is located.

The value of this setting, along with the value of the username setting, will appear in the User name text box on the General tab under Options in RDC.

domain:s:<value>

Values

Value Explanation

A valid domain name

Specifies the name of the domain that will be displayed in RDC

There is no default value.

To specify the CONTOSO domain, type:
