Creates a new XmlWriter instance using the specified StringBuilder.

Parameters

Type: System.Text.StringBuilder
The StringBuilder to which to write to. Content written by the XmlWriter is appended to the StringBuilder.

Type: System.Xml.XmlWriter
An XmlWriter object.

ArgumentNullException | The builder value is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). |
Remarks
An XmlWriterSettings object with default settings is used to create the writer. If you wish to specify the features to support on the created writer, use the overload that takes an XmlWriterSettings object as one of its arguments, and pass in a XmlWriterSettings object with the correct settings.
