  An Object that implements the IConvertible interface or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Return Value

Type: System.DateTime
A DateTime equivalent to the value of value.
-or-
A DateTime equivalent to DateTime.MinValue if value is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
