Gets the address on which the input channel receives messages.
Namespace: System.ServiceModel.Channels
Assembly: System.ServiceModel (in System.ServiceModel.dll)
Syntax
'Declaration
ReadOnly Property LocalAddress As EndpointAddress
EndpointAddress LocalAddress { get; }
Property Value
Type: System.ServiceModel.EndpointAddress
The EndpointAddress on which the input channel receives messages.
Remarks
If this input channel does not have a standalone address (for example, it is the input-side of a client-initiated TCP channel), then this property is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
This property can be used by higher-level channels for correlation purposes. For example, if a higher-level channel implements request-reply on top of a IDuplexChannel, it can use the LocalAddress property in the WS-Addressing ReplyTo header.
